Co-managing directors Ryan Walker and Sam Bald have worked in agriculture their whole lives.

Ryan and his wife Anna both have a history of active involvement in the agricultural industry, with Ryan growing up on a broadacre property at Lameroo, SA, before moving into various roles in farming, research and agronomy, while Anna worked as a winemaker in the Adelaide Hills.

Sam and his wife Hannah come from Western Australia’s wheatbelt where they both grew up with a strong appreciation for agriculture. Sam is an experienced broadacre agronomist with a strong interest in digital technology who has run rural merchandise stores in WA and has held senior positions in corporate agriculture.

Ryan and Sam’s experience and knowledge is backed by a dedicated team of managers, chemists, laboratory technicians and administrative staff who bring their own skills and expertise to all areas of their work.

In addition to their skills, APAL’s staff share an unwavering commitment to building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
