APAL Accreditaion

APAL is a member of ASPAC (Australian Soil and Plant Analysis Council).

ASPAC conducts annual laboratory proficiency programs.

In this quality assurance program, ASPAC distributes check soil and plant tissue samples which are analysed by participating laboratories.  Three separate rounds of four samples each are sent throughout the year and the results for all laboratories collated by an independent company.

Based on the accuracy of their results, laboratories are allocated accreditation for various elements and methods.
